Oana and David Harrison, ballroom dancing, ballroom dance lessons

Hello, I am Oana (as in “wanna dance?”), a ballroom dance instructor residing in Denver, Colorado. I am certified in the DVIDA syllabus for American style ballroom.

I teach beginner and advanced students alike.

I love teaching couples, especially getting them ready for their wedding dance.

WHY DANCE?

Dancing is a fun and healthy way to exercise, express your inner artist, and meet people.

Ballroom dancing offers a lot of variety, so there is something in it for everyone: from the Latin and lively dances like salsa or cha cha, to the more classic Viennese waltz and tango, you will find the style that fits you the best.

WHO CAN DANCE?

Like Chef Gusteau said in Rattatouille, “anyone can cook,” the same is true in dancing: anyone can dance.  It just takes two… to tango: it takes the student to want to learn and the teacher who can adapt to the student’s learning style.

In non-clinical studies, people who dance often experienced immediate improvement in their overall mood, often forgetting about daily stress factors. Some common side effects of dancing are a better physique and smiling, which can become permanent :-).
